Who we are
Mustard Seed Impact International creates pathways toward healing, empowerment, education, economic opportunity, leadership and community transformation. We work with immigrants and refugees, women, young people and community members who are building new lives and stronger communities.
We do not simply provide assistance. We help people build capacity, restore dignity, develop skills, create opportunity and lead within their own communities.
Learn about our storyOur programs
Each program is shaped with the people it serves and measured against clear outcomes.
Practical accompaniment for newcomers building a stable life: navigating services, finding work, learning the systems around them and taking part fully in community life.
Program details
Women lead this work. The program builds leadership, income and voice so participants become decision-makers in their households, workplaces and communities.
Program details
Language is the first door. Classes, tutoring and digital skills open access to study, work and civic participation for adults and young people.
Program detailsCommunities are strongest when they lead themselves. We train and mentor emerging leaders to organise, represent and advocate with confidence.
Program details
From idea to income. Training, planning support and mentorship help participants build businesses and careers that sustain their families.
Program details
Young people are partners, not projects. We invest in life skills, mentorship and pathways that let them shape their own futures and their communities.
Program detailsWhy our work matters
People arrive with skills, ambition and responsibility. What is often missing is access — to language, networks, capital, information and rooms where decisions are made.
Participants set their own goals. Our role is to accompany, train and open doors.
Programs run with local leaders, congregations and partner organisations already trusted on the ground.
Indicators, outcomes and finances are published so donors and communities can hold us to account.
Impact stories
We publish participant stories only where informed consent exists. Names and identifying details may be changed to protect privacy.
First stories coming soon
Our team is collecting stories from participants who have chosen to share them. They will appear here and in the impact section once consent and review are complete.
