Our safeguarding commitments

  • Children and vulnerable adults are protected in every activity we run.
  • Exploitation, abuse and harassment are never tolerated, in any form.
  • Staff, volunteers and partners follow a written code of conduct.
  • Concerns can be raised confidentially and are investigated promptly.
  • No one who raises a concern in good faith will face retaliation.

Our promise to donors

  • You will always be told what your gift funds and how results are measured.
  • We do not use pressure tactics, and you can stop a recurring gift at any time.
  • Card details are never stored by us; payments are handled by a regulated provider.
  • Your personal data is never sold, rented or shared for marketing.
